1 Overview
1.1 Functions and Composition
Staring radar is mainly used to monitor and detect nearby moving targets such as unmanned aerial vehicles. At the same time, radar can be used in conjunction with video systems for border detection and surveillance, oil pipeline monitoring, airport perimeter surveillance, prison perimeter surveillance, camp defense, port surveillance, and other important special situations.

The main functions of the equipment are as follows:
- Detect moving targets in the air;
- Determine the direction, distance, speed, altitude, latitude, and longitude of detected targets;
- Display radar B-type interface and digital map;
- Form one or more target movement trajectories.

It mainly consists of several parts: antenna cover, antenna, and main unit (including RF TR module, frequency synthesizer module, signal processing module, transmission module, and positioning module).

1.2 Working Mode
1) Transmission and Reception Mode
The staring radar turns on the power amplifier to transmit signals and receives echo signals based on commands from the host computer to monitor the target airspace. The staring radar can scan the target airspace up to four times per second.

2) Offline/Standby Mode
After completing the detection task, the staring radar turns off the transmission power amplifier based on commands from the host computer and stops receiving and processing echo signals, thereby ceasing to monitor the target airspace.

2 Main Functions and Technical Specifications
2.1 Main Functions
a) Capable of detecting moving targets in the air;
b) Capable of detecting the direction, distance, speed, and altitude of targets;
c) Capable of forming multiple movement trajectories;
d) Capable of data output, enabling the output of target trajectories;
e) Capable of interface display and digital display.
